This Swedish progressive rock band originated in Stockholm in the early 1970s, emerging from the local scene and drawing members from groups such as November and Kebnekaise. Fronted by Christer Stålbrandt on bass and vocals, the lineup also included Björn Isfält on cello, Kenny Bülow on guitar, Fredrik Henriksson on keyboards, and Sten Danielsson on drums. Their music combined elements of psychedelic rock, folk influences, and symphonic arrangements, creating a rich, layered sound.

Released in 2014 by Mellotronen, Saga III is a mini-album that revisits the band’s trademark style—melding spaced-out psychedelic textures, vintage analog synths, folk nuances, and progressive structures.

Issued as a limited vinyl edition, the album reflects a revival of classic Swedish prog, offering well-crafted compositions and a nostalgic sonic character that echoes their 1970s origins.
