H.P. Lovecraft was a psychedelic rock band from Chicago, released two albums from 1967 to 1968 and released one more album under the name Lovecraft. "Lovecraft II" is highly regarded as a classic U.S. psychedelic rock album of the 60's similar to Jefferson Airplane and other west coast psychedelic dinosaurs.
